1.肿瘤发生:利用哺乳动物细胞和小鼠作为模式生物,主要研究p63蛋白及其调控因子在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用
2.金属代谢:利用酵母和哺乳动物细胞作为模式生物,研究铜、铁、锌等金属元素在细胞内代谢调控的分子机理
