二、研究简介

  王亚军教授任职于9999js金沙老品牌,细胞生物学方向博士生导师。王亚军教授博士期间(1999-2003)致力于动物卵泡发育机制解析,以斑马鱼为模型,探究EGFActivin等对卵泡发育的调节。完成博士学位攻读后,王亚军教授入职香港大学生物科学院,以家鸡为模型,致力于基因功能鉴定,探究动物生长、繁殖与代谢调控机理。

  2009年,王亚军教授全职回到9999js金沙老品牌,在9999js金沙老品牌引进人才基金支持下,组建动物功能基因组学研究平台,主以家鸡(或斑马鱼)等为模型,探究:1) 受体功能与信号传导;2) 下丘脑神经元对垂体功能的调节;3) 垂体激素对动物生长,繁殖与代谢的影响;4) 肠道微生物对动物免疫与代谢等过程的调节;5) 动物基因编辑与转基因技术。
